    Complaints Procedure

    Here at Rundle and Dorey, our desire is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with every conservatory insulation fitting we carry out. With over 20 years in the conservatory shading and insulation industry, we are experts in quality installations. We help create thermally-efficient conservatories our customers can enjoy all year round.

    We are dedicated to what we do and are passionate about providing high-quality services and great value for money. At Rundle and Dorey, we do not undertake any other type of work, but instead specialise completely in what we do, ensuring we do it to the best of our ability. So, on the rare occasion we receive a complaint, we are keen to rectify the problem as swiftly as possible.

    How to Contact Rundle and Dorey with a Complaint

    Despite our best efforts, things can go wrong, and our customers may not be completely satisfied with the service we’ve provided. If this happens, we would request our customers contact us straight away. To ensure we are able to put things right as soon as possible.

    If you are unhappy with the service we’ve provided or there has been a problem with your installation, please let us know by calling us on 01945 479297 or sending an email to info@rundleanddorey.co.uk Take the time to fully explain the problem and attach any relevant photos so that we can get a full picture of what the issue is and where the installation has gone wrong.

    The Rundle and Dorey Quality Guarantee

    We guarantee that any work we carry out will be completed to the very highest standard. However, should any fault develop with our workmanship or the materials we use within a full 10 years of installation, we will return to the customer to fully correct it for free.

    We can guarantee that if we are contacted with a customer complaint, we will send someone by appointment, from the relevant department, to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
